The Objective: Raise brand awareness and increase foot traffic for the Safeway supermarket chain by Baltimore Ravens home games attendees.

The Solution

Provide brand ambassadors to staff a 10’ x 20’ branded tent. Engage with target market consumers by playing games of chance (spin wheel and plinko board) and distributing value-added and venue appropriate branded prizes to winners. Distribute $5.00 off coupons to attendees to incentivize them to visit the Safeway stores. Add family friendly games for increased engagement.

DIETZ & WATSON BIRD DOGS PROMOTION

The Objective: Capitalize on the Philadelphia Eagles 2024 season playoff run to engage with consumers and increase brand awareness for Dietz & Watson.

The Solution

Provide brand ambassadors to staff a wrapped food truck that would travel around the Greater Philadelphia area during the NFL Playoffs. Cook, prepare and distribute “Bird Dogs,” specially created hot dogs with Dietz & Watson beef franks and green buns, to attendees at pre-advertised locations where Dietz & Watson products were sold, such as supermarkets and high traffic metro area venues. Distribute value-added promotional items such as beanie hats and t-shirts to attendees. Represent Dietz & Watson to thousands of participants in the celebration of the Eagles’ Superbowl win at the Philadelphia Art Museum. 

The Results

  • Directly engaged with over 5,000 consumers during the 2024 NFL season playoffs

LIVE! CASINO & HOTEL PHILADELPHIA STREET TEAM PROMOTIONS

The Objective: Increase foot traffic to the newly opened Live! Casino & Hotel within the proximity of the multiple major league sports complex in South Philadelphia, destination of thousands of visitors

The Solution

Provide a team of brand ambassadors to distribute promotional materials to tailgate attendees of Philadelphia Phillies home games. Mapped out and staffed brand ambassadors in high foot traffic locations around the stadium. Consulted with client to determine value-added giveaway items and sports-themed promotional incentives to encourage sports fans to visit the casino.

The Results

  • Engaged with over 5,000 attendees pre-game and post-game
  • Provided sports-themed incentives to motivate casino visits, such as autographed baseballs and game results driven prizes

FLYERS TASTINGS IN BINNY’S BEVERAGE DEPOT LOCATIONS

The Objective: Conduct tastings of Flyers Cocktail Company products where THC tastings were prohibited by law.

The Solution

Worked with client to provide samples of the CBD versions and uninfused versions of their THC products to consumers, while explaining the differences and encouraging sales of the THC products. Worked with client to receive, process and ship demo kits with sample product and branded signage to our brand ambassador team throughout their target demo market.

The Results

  • Distributed over 550 samples during the initial program period
  • Educated consumers about the differences between THC, CBD and non-infused products
  • Raised brand awareness of the client and their products
  • Sold 80 units and produced a sold-to-sampled rate of 14%

VINTAGE IMPORTS INDUSTRY BUYER SHOW

The Objective: Provide staffing support for clients’ buyer show.

The Solution

Vintage Imports engaged Polaris Brand Promotions to provide staffing support for their buyer show, where hundreds of attendees sampled numerous wine and spirits brands.

The Results

  • Recruited and staffed a team of ten brand ambassadors, including providing training about the brands that they would be representing
  • Successfully engaged with attendees to promote supplier brands while working collectively throughout the event space
  • Ensured a successful event for the importer, their suppliers and the attendees
